Stayed at a lovely hostal in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We even had to switch rooms because of the WiFi, but it wasn't a problem at all. The 24-hour reception was a bonus, especially since we arrived late. The area was quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. I would happily stay at Hostal Bryana Inn again. It's the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring Baños.

I gotta say, Hostal Bryana Inn exceeded my expectations! The value for money was fantastic and the room was clean and fresh looking. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute walk from the central bus station and close to many restaurants. The staff treated us like family, even allowing us to check-in at 3 a.m. for a small fee when our bus arrived early. Strong Wi-Fi was a big plus too!

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hostel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out and providing room cleaning and new towels. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed and close to the main bus station.

Felt at home here, no reason to complain.
